  Sitemap for tagalong-app.com.

  Like robots.txt, this had to be a real file: /sitemap.xml previously matched
  the `/*  ->  /index.html  200` catch-all and returned the homepage as HTML
  under a .xml URL. A crawler following the Sitemap: directive would have been
  handed a marketing page.

  WHAT IS AND IS NOT LISTED. (No dashed underlines anywhere in this comment:
  an XML comment may not contain a double hyphen, and a sitemap that will not
  parse is worse than no sitemap at all.)

  Only the three pages that are meant to rank. Deliberately absent:

    /ae/<CODE> one URL per association, noindex, and disallowed in robots.txt
    /r/<rideId> ephemeral — the ride has departed by the time anyone searches

  A sitemap is a statement about what the site wants indexed, so listing a
  noindex page would contradict both robots.txt and the page's own meta tag.

  NO <lastmod>, ON PURPOSE. This is a static file; any date written here starts
  going stale the moment the page next changes, and a sitemap that consistently
  reports wrong dates is worse than one that reports none — the signal gets
  discounted entirely once it stops matching reality. <changefreq> and
  <priority> are omitted because Google ignores both. If the page set ever grows
  past hand-maintenance, generate this at build time from the rollup inputs in
  vite.config.ts and add a real lastmod then.
